There may be conflicts with other programs and the H1Z1 client as well. Running multiple programs on your computer at the same time takes up a lot of resources and can cause issues with game performance and possibly make the game crash or freeze. If your available memory (RAM) is below 1 GB before the game is launched, you may run into issues of crashing because of low memory (RAM).
or check for updates through the application itself. If using Razer Synapse and Razer products, make sure that your Razer Synapse software/drivers are up to date. If you have not already done so, you will want to make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and updates for Windows. The only way to resolve that would be an upgrade to your computers hardware. If your computer does not meet those specifications, you will most likely run into freezing or crashing issues. Check to make sure that your computer meets the minimum hardware specifications of the game you are playing.
